What a day...

I was told to have a meeting with a client this morning at 9am together with my partner. So, I woke up at 6 something in the morning, went and see my client at 7am and then came in to office slightly before 8am. At about 9am, after sorting out some other files, client came and we had discussion from 9am until around 10:30 am. Thereafter, we rushed a piece of work there and then until we end up taking our turns in having our quick lunch. As the matter occured in Tawau, I was told I might need to go to Tawau if we manage to get the Order from the court this afternoon. Client came back to office to double check the cause papers and there after, at around 2:30pm, together with clients, I went to court first while my partner rushed another thing before attending court matters. I almost stucked in the court as the client who doesn't speaks English was to sign an affidavit drafted in English. Thank God, his translator was there too and after we got everything settled, just when we were asking for the court to assign us with which court and which judge, my partner arrived and from there, we rushed like crazy. First we were assigned to Court A, but the Judge wasn't free. We asked the case to be transferred to other court but the court clerks refused. We can't wait any longer and so we went to Court B asking for favour from another Judge. The Judge in Court B was in a criminal trial and he only free after 6:30pm. We have no choice, but to try another court. We met this interpreter who told us what we should do and we went to see the relevant officer. By the time we reached where the officer was, we noticed that by then, we have already alarmed the whole High Court of our urgent matter. She was not very happy, but she still asked us to explain to her what exactly is the case. I told her and stressed on that it's very urgent and we really seriously needed that Order by this afternoon and she then alerted her boss, one of the High Court judge. In 5 minutes, we were asked to go and see the Judge in his chamber. We went in, less than 5 minutes, we were out with Order granted. Thereafter, we went to the nearby Sabah Law Association to type our Order and then back to the Court to get it signed and sealed by the officer.
By the time we reached her, she was talking with 2 court clerks on our case as she mentioned, in urgent matters like this, they just have to really rush thing for us, etc.
Going to Tawau? While we were waiting, rushing, walking, we have decided not to go to Tawau. We asked our client to go instead. Goodness....!!!!
And because of that, I am still in the office with my partner. We need to rushed another cause papers that's come with today's Order. Our hearing is on Friday morning. Isn't that interesting? I hope I get paid for all these. hahaha...

Can't believe it!!

I was kind of feeling annoyed by one of my programme which came with my Dell Vostrol 1200. A message keeps on popping up telling me the driver is recognised by my Windows Vista. I thought it would be good if I call the Dell tehnical support for their help as I don't want to waste my time in solving it myself. I used about 30 minutes on phone and also through DellConnect with them yesterday afternoon and after I restarted the computer, it seems fine. I was happy about it.. until just now, when I wanted to use that piece of software, the same problem occurs. I didn't bother much to call them as it's time consuming. 30 minutes or works seriously is not a good piece of work. Not effective and efficient enough to be exact. Hence, since I wasn't in a mood to do works, I tried to check out the drivers and so on, etc. etc. and trust me, I only used 5 minutes in solving that problem.
I just cannot believe that... they have used 30 minutes and you know what? They even restored my computer to a week ago... yes... I did lost a few programmes I installed earlier on because of that.
Oh well... now it's really time for me to go home.
- can't believe it -

Flu?

I seriously not sure if I am really down with flu (I seriously don't think so)... my nose is feeling irritate but other than that, I am fine... Oh.. wait... not exactly. I had difficulties waking up these few days. Not entirely due to tiredness, but... it's my head. Nope. I am not suffering from headache and/or a similar kind, but I am feeling a bit dizzy and ... I feel nausea and wanting to vomit. Every food that goes in (if it goes in), besides making me feel discomfort, it serves no purpose at all. Not to mention, I have no appetite at all these few days.
However, I did manage to drag myself to come to office to sort out some very urgent matter. It's strange, everytime my boss is around, I always late for work, but when he is not around, I always come in very early. These 2 days, he's around and yet, I only came in around 9am. Tomorrow morning, most likely I will be around since 8am or earlier as I need to meet a client at 7am at his office and my boss... haha... he just left for Philipine this afternoon. hahahaha....
Oh well, ...
I better stop now... or ... may be, just may be... I should not work or look at the computer screen for a while and rest for a while before heading back home. Errr... now the question "what to eat tonight" bothers me... hmm....!!!

Hmm...

I might be catching a flu.... nose wasn't feeling good since yesterday morning. Hmm... so, I am feeling rather cold in the office today.... thought wearing short sleeves shirt could be one of the main cause. Oh well, I am feeling 'hot' inside me, but 'cold' outside bah...
Anyway, may be due to that, I am feeling rather 'not well' and tired. Errr....

Left alone?

Haha.... ya, I was having this conversation with a friend yesterday and after we both counted, I realise, at about this time next year, I probably end up being all by myself in this city (except of course, some others) again. Interestingly, this matter has not been botheringly for years since it last happen and when I need to face the same thing again now, it does occurs to be difficult.

Went back to KL for a few days 2 weeks ago and that has brought me some memory which I choose not to remember for years. Inside me, there's this struggles within that I do miss part of my life in KL and yet, there's this 'reluctant' of being there again. When I was driving around the city for days, the familiarity has somehow made me felt 'strange'. Those buildings, those structures, those roads signs, etc. etc. Goodness... !!! Those memories just going to be there permanently isn't it? I still remember the day I came over to KK alone. The feeling of being left alone has not really bothers me at all. I was feeling so so so comfortable ... being alone. So, I wonder, ... what really changed. Since when I prefer not to be alone?

???
Oh well... guess I am getting older, huh?

Saturday?

I am basically, at home now... overseeing people working on my room and living room. Setting lights and fans, etc. My landlord just came over a while ago to check on their works and to see if I am doing alright. We end up updated a bit of our recent situation, including my changing of firm, etc. She also commented that my regular rental payment has been really good and she has no worries on me paying rental on time. Wow... what a compliment (she used to sms me every 1st day of the month asking for the rental).
I am sleepy... I woke up by stomach discomfort and my stomach is still hurts... ghoosh... something is wrong....!!!! I guess I just have to stay home today... just in case I need to visit the toilet often. Ghoosh... what a saturday!!!

Finally...

Finally, I had the time to relax myself these 2 days. Since yesterday, I found myself having very few things to settle in the office and it makes me feel 'useless' in the sense. Friends always told me that I need time to relax when I got the chance to. I had a 2 to 3 weeks of packed works and so on and on things to do and finally, it stopped. Everything seems to be so 'silent' and 'quiet' these 2 days. As I look at my diary and the calender, I guess I might only have a week to relax myself and court cases will begins again and yes, that reminds me that there's this major case in June which I really have to put my full concentration at. The coming month, together with my parents, we will be visiting my cousins in Labuan for a few days and right after we came back from Labuan, I have 2 court cases that week and wow... it's going to be pack again. Not to mention, I might need to start preparing myself for the trip to England in mid June. By the time I come back in July, many things might have changed... including myself and my future.
All these things stucked in my mind and has been quite bothering lately...
That includes of course... what am I going to eat next month. hahahaha....
I guess the only solution for me at the moment is really to make me busy... and very busy...

Refer to...

My previous blog dated 30.01.2008 on the topic of 'Expectation' is referred.
I am just feeling tired with people's expectation on me and the worse thing is, people never thought I too can choose to expect certain things on them. Some of you do know I did in many ways, expect people, things to be in their prefect ways, but I have somehow lower down my level of expectation to the level where I have difficulties accepting them myself sometimes. But yet, still, I was hurt in many ways and yet, was blamed for not fulfilling what others expected me to do.
It's weird. I was being blamed for a situation where I was hurted myself. I found it ridiculous although I admitted that, it could be because I didn't take any reasonable steps then to make sure things be directed to a right direction. It's simply because it's so ridiculous until I was thinking of cooling down myself to face it.
May be, it is time for me to learn how to defence myself and being cruel once again. That way, I might not be hurt so much and/or so easily. Now I am reminded of why I like to be alone sometimes. I just can't stand all the expectation from others. It's hard to be me, really... people has too much expectation on me. Even when thing goes wrong, people just expect I will be the one who put extra efforts and solve it. Why always it has to start from ME? ME? ME?
Err.... 'xian'.

Money

I woke up very early these few days just to went to see a client and get his matter done with. We manage to finalised everything this morning and he asked for his bill. Of course I prepared the Bill and so I gave it to him. Without asking much, he just asked his staff to issue a cheque to me. One minute later, he called the staff to give me cash instead. I don't think it is appropriate but I do know why he wanted that. After the cheque was given to me, he insisted that I sat for a little more while. I chat with him for a while and then he called some other staff to come and give me some cash money. Not a lot. He told me, it's just to appreciate me taking so much time and efforts to come and get things done. Oh well, ... thought it is not a lot, but, it's still, a blessing.
I came in to office as early as 8am after the matter was done. At about 9:30am, I received a phone call from the purchaser's lawyer, I am for the vendor by the way. She asked me why did I put the date on all the agreement signed. For a really long time I wonder what mistake I made and for another long time, I wonder what really is the 'situation' here by putting the date. Later, she asked that I send all the documents back to my clients for signing, etc, etc. I asked her to forward to me everything if she wants that to be done. After the first telephone conversation, I went out, asked my staff (they are more expert then me in conveyancing matters) for advice. My staff told me there's 2 ways of doing it and the purchaser's lawyer is taking the longer way in finishing the matter. I wonder for another long while of 'why would she wants to do that'. I took my staff's advice by calling the purchaser's lawyer just pretend that she doesn't know there's another way of doing things. Suprisingly, senior lawyer like her doesn't really know as according to her, the short way that our firm is practising is a 'short cut' way. I didn't skip any step at all and I don't consider it as a 'short cut' though. After a long talk, she mentioned that she's worried that she cannot get things done within one time, etc. etc. and I really scratched my head and asked "why????"... not until she said at last, that her client hasn't pay up the money for that yet. I was stunned for a little while. Big firm like that and you claimed that she has been your faithful client, can't your firm pay on behalf of her FIRST? I almost faint when I heard that from her. I almost wanted to answer her, "that's your problem, not mine and therefore, don't blame me for putting the date on the agreements signed". Of course I didn't. I don't want to offend a senior lawyer. I just told her, whatever she decides to do, I will just do accordingly. If she wants my client to re-sign the agreement, I will do that for her. She said therefore, she will send me all the documents. 5 minutes later, she called back and said she will get the things done my way and she said, she hopes nothing will go wrong. I almost fainted. The only thing she's afraid of is that the Developer won't sign the documents and get back to her. But her firm is the Developer's penal law firm (relationship between them should be an advantages isn't it?) and the my client's record has been good and with additional to that, my client and the developer also quite close. I just don't understand why she makes thing so complicated. Oh well, may be like she said, I have learned the 'short cut' way and that's why she expect everything will turn out to be a mess?
That's people in KK. They have been too comfortable with their own styles, their own way of doing things and therefore, they have problem upgrading themselves and whenever a new way is discovered, to them, it's always a WRONG way. Some of it, I believe they are right, but most of it, they are not.
Oh well, the most annoying thing was, the purchaser initially approached us to be her lawyer, but she said she's taking up a loan which all legal fees will be covered by the package and therefore, she found this law firm. But according to her lawyer, she didn't go for the package and therefore, she has not paid for the fees yet. Worse still, she called my client last Saturday evening asking if she can moves in to the house now and she then called me on Monday morning at 8am. I told her I was already in the premise waiting for my client to do the signing and asked her not to call both of us anymore. In a matter of practice, she should be calling her lawyer and not anyone of us. She wants things to be done fast but yet, her lawyer is taking a very long steps in getting things done. What a combination!!!!!
If you are asking... YES. I am feeling annoyed now, by what the lawyer told me just now.

Err...

I left home at 7am this morning as I need to see my client before 8am these few days. I was kind of tired after a few days working like this. After I done with my client, I went to office straight and my tummy started to make funny noises. It must be the 'supper' I had last night that caused my stomach feel like eating this morning (if you don't realise yet, if you went to bed with full stomach, you will wake up with an empty stomach).
I therefore asked a friend to go to this favourite shop of hers for her 'pork' noodles. We found a nice parking space after a few round of searches. Thereafter, we had difficulties in find a place to sit. My friend insisted that we take our breakfast there and she even insisted that we share table with 2 others. I always relunctant in sharing table with strangers. You will find out in a short while one of the reason of it.
We sat together with one man and one lady. I had difficulties in understanding their relationship. The man was at his 50's and the lady, around 30's. At first, the annoying part was that the man had a lot of 'movement' including his leg, so, he did kicked me a few times. Further on, they had this conversation which were about who didn't pick up whose's numbers for how many times and of course to prove their said the truth, they have shown their phone's records, etc. etc. When our food arrived, while we were enjoying the nice food we had, they started the conversation about tomorrow's breakfast and an argument of what time to get up for breakfast was then ran for a while. Both my friend and I were a bit confused because it does sounds like, they are going to KL tomorrow together and do have other colleagues to go with them, etc. but 2 of them were in the shop sharing a plate of food together... and that really makes me wonder... what kind of relationship is this. The most amazing part is that, everyone seems to know who the man is and their characters were 'recognised' by all ... including their loud conversation.
Hmm... in a short while, I will have to leave or an appointment and that reminds me to finish my tomorrow morning's matter before I leave. So, ...
Ooo... goodness, I woke up with a serious back pain this morning. I can hardly bend my back...

?

That's what exactly is my feeling now. I don't know, I don't understand and I don't see the point of it.
I was preparing some documents for a client who was suppose to come at around 1pm. I therefore, tried to sort all things before 1pm and while I was rushing thing, my phone rang and I picked up the call and there's this lady who are my client's sister asked for direction to my office. It's around 1:20pm when she called. I directed her no matter how as she sounds urgent and fierce then. While I was rushing the documents ... she came in to the office and asked for me. I didn't have any appointment with her, but the way she 'instruct' me was a bit funny. She asked me to issue a letter to her mother's banks to inform them not to let anyone to withdraw her money. I was reluctant and so I asked her to draft the letter herself and I am in no position to draft such letter to banks. I am not on behalf of her mother and her mother is alive. I was trying to be nice to her by asking if she has all the details. She told me she has her mother's name and NRIC No. but not at all of the particulars of the fixed deposit and saving accounts. I seriously don't know why is she in hurry but I did told her I was rushing for something now because a client is coming in a very short while and she said she will wait and I asked her to get me all the details if she really want to wait. She took a piece of paper and start putting down her mother's name and NRIC No. While she was doing that, she keeps on asking me to take a suits against her sister, etc. I told her we have no position to do so yet and after I told her that, her face turned dark and she scolded me and she walked out saying "If you don't want to take my case, it's ok. You are not the only lawyer in town, etc. etc. " She said that for a few times and left. Then she returned and told me that, "I came here because of "KT", not you". Then she left.
Only my office boy and I were in the office then (It's lunch time, remember?) and I was looking at him and he looked at me and we then laughed for a while. When my other colleagues came back from lunch, we 'demonstrated' it to them and we laughed too... the best thing is that, one of my colleague thought she needs help (she wasn't laughing at her while we told her the story though). Oh well, ... seriously, she looks a bit sick... !!! So, all my friends who are working in any law firm in town... keep your eyes open. She might just walk in to your office SOON.

What a day? or is it a week? or is it a month?

I woke up this morning at around 7am and asked myself why would I want to wake up so early. It's either the light or my body clock that woke me up this morning although my car service was scheduled to be at 9:50am. I asked myself to go back to sleep and I did until 9am. I sent my car for service and from 9:30am, I waited for my car to finish it service ... which finished at around 11:30am. It's 2 hours service because it's a major service. I cannot remember when was the last time my car had such an expensive and major service. However, my car is in good condition now, at least. hahaha... For the next round, my car's timing belt will need to be replaced and that will need about 4 hours to do. I shall remember to make sure I have the time for it... may be just before I go to England for mission.
For the 2 hours at the car service centre, I took out my computer and finsihed one of my written submission and which means, I only have another 1 to go for next Monday. Still, I am seriously still pack with works these few weeks. I have been rushing from file to file and case to case. One after another. Don't get me wrong. I am not blaming but instead, I am worried... that I will miss out any important one, i.e. I keep on reminding myself that I need to file and serve a "Reply to the Affidavit in Opposition" by this coming Wednesday. Someone please remind me, please...
Oh well, ...
By the way, just to update you that my jaw is fine. I manage to yawn since last Thursday... and eat all kind of food and that's mean, I will no longer be forced to eat porridge.... ! GREAT!
Well, time to sleep...

Jaw dislocated?

I wonder if that's really what it is. I woke up yesterday with a pain in my jaw on my left side. It's not a usual pain. I can feel that it's to do with the bones. It's so painful while I opened my mouth to brush my teeth. There after, I realise I had difficulties to talk and I almost called my partner to stand in the case for me. During lunch, the pain got worse until I had difficulties in eating and I have then decided to see a doctor. Due to my busy schedule lately, I only left office at around 4pm to get myself checked. Doctor said it could be just swelling and infection and he gave me some medicines. I thought I should be able to eat after that but I took about 1 hour to finish my dinner and still, I didn't feel full before I left as I was rushing to cell group last night. It's tiring and torturning eating in that manner. It's ... seriously torturing....!!!
Anyway... I have to wake up this morning for 2 appointments and I just done with it. Great!!! So, I shall enjoy a cup of coffee now and relax for a while before I continue to do another few works.
Somehow, I feel much better when I have lots of works to do although, physically, I am tired. I have another early appointment tomorrow morning at 8am. Oh well, I shouldn't complain. But I really wonder if I can go rest at a resort for a day this weekend. May be spending more time with the Lord is what I need.

It's just ...

It's just a busy day today. Suddenly, everything, every files started to move and things are a bit out of hand this morning with a few clients were here, a few other matters to settle and filed, another few fees to collect, etc. etc. Still, when I sat down 5 minutes ago, I still feel worried about what my finances for next month. This month is yet to end and yet, I have started to worried about the next month. Don't ask me why and no need to remind me on the familiar bible verses. It's the 'putting them in practical and reality' matter.
I do know I have another few fees have yet to be collected. I should be able to get them by next month, but still... I feel 'insecure' somehow. Seriously, God has been blessing me wonderfully lately and things has gone better and I really want to feel the same way for the rest of my life.
A friend has reminded me on focusing on the right thing lately. I guess... she's right! May be my focus has gone out from the 'correct' box. Worries has somehow got my full attention on it instead of blessing and enjoying life as promised by God.
... Oh well... time to get back to the 'correct' focus box...

Weekend

It's a rather busy, tiring and fun weekend I had. When I reached KL around 10pm on Friday, I called my brother just to double check if they are at home. They were and according to them, I shall not go to eat first because the kids are waiting for me. So, my friend sent me home to drop my luggages and to play with the kids for about 1 hour. Right after that, friends came and picked me up for food and chit chatting (that's the only Yam Cha time I had for the whole trip though). After we ate and after some really good upates, I went home and sleeps. That was 1:30am. The next day, I drove to pick up 2 persons starting at 6:30am and from then onwards, I was outside where I was staying until 11:30pm. It's tiring... but yet, I had lots of fun. Just a 2 days trip, I managed to visit all those places I used to work, I used to travel to, I used to pass by and used to park my car at, I went through. I was glad though that at least, I still know the roads, the places and nothing seems changed after 2 years.
The worse thing throughout the whole trip of course is the airline. I was suppose to take a 7:30pm flight back to Kota Kinabalu, but the flight was retimed to 10:10pm. When I reached the airport for check in at 8:20pm, they told me they are moving me to take the 9:25pm flight. Happily, I allowed them to move me to the said flight. When I boarded and waiting for about 15 minutes, annoucement told us, my 9:25pm is retimed again... to 9:50pm. At the end of the day, I only arrive KK at 12:30am. It's tiring... however, due to the delay, I managed to play with the kids for another 1 hour plus. hahaha... Anyway, I was emotionally disturbed by all the retime...
For now, I am SLEEPY!!!!!!

To KL...

Just in case you wonder what happen to me today. I was in court for 2 cases. I asked the interpreter if she can put both of my cases together and she said, not possible because one is for mention, another is for hearing. When the court started, my case was called. First case... it has been for a long time now that my case being called first... and guess what? The hearing case was the last and today has about 65 cases listed. Interestingly, I didn't fall alseep on court...
I am leaving in 10 minutes time to go back home, do my last packing and rush out from my place to airport...
If you remember... tomorrow is my friends' wedding. Time indeed, flies...
I am seriously tired... but I am asking strength from the Lord to sustain me for the next 2 days...
Oh dear... I have court on Monday morning...
For those in KL... see you all around... If you don't want to miss seeing the 'fat' me, don't miss Sunday service...

Memory...

My mind is still set on last weekend. I am still wondering what in me that's really being 'triggled'. Friends were asking me what happen and I couldn't find any 'valid' answer to give. I only remember, I don't really like 'this feeling' that I had... Oh, wait... yes.. I had this same feeling years ago. It was during the conversation with a friend that reminded me of the one and only evening that my friend were dragged by me without notice, to Putrajaya for hours, until 3am the next day. I am sure this friend of mine do not know the reason behind until today. I remember I was asked the question once, but answer was never given until today. The only thing I said was "Don't ask, just drives me around." Well, I am glad that this friend was good enough to drives me all the way to Putrajaya, and we stayed there for the whole evening. We talked about some other things that evening instead of the issued I faced. It's hours we were there doing basically, NOTIHNG. hahaha... Now, it has turned to be a good memory... and also a painful experience.
A good memory because I know whom I can rely and/or trust on when I needed a friend. It's so painful because of what I experienced then and it haunted me last weekend. I believe I am still hurt and unhappy about it. I too know, it will be IN me even though I doesn't look or sound like it affects me. Seriously, last weekend's experience was more severe then the previous one as I have no one to turn to. However, I was glad that, some really good friends do called up and entertained me, although there's one unwanted guest.
The result of last weekend however was not as severe as the previous incident though, even though it does have its impact on me, strong and hard... or may be, it's too early to say. hahaha...
- Memory -

Busy!

I am not sure what reaction you have when you saw today's title. Ya, I am in my busy schedules after weeks of being so quiet. For a while, I am not used to it... Things like court cases that I was suppose to be busy with have postponed to further date. Others, unexpectedly, will have to do drafting on them soonest possible.
Interestingly, I went to Labuan for less than 1 day. Went there on Tuesday afternoon and came back yesterday noon time. Was being arranged to stay at the 5 stars hotel and yet, I wasn't be able to enjoy anything in the hotel. To minus the sleeping time, I was in the hotel less than 2 hours. Glad that I still manage to met my dear cousin and his wife. We pre-arranged that they will pick me up and we will go and have some nice chicken wings and satay before dinner and meeting. Otherwise, I don't think I will be able to meet them at all.
For this whole week, I was busy with court cases, drafting, meeting, research and flying. I am again taking a flight to KL tomorrow evening. Will come back on Sunday and on Monday, I have another court matter. By next week, I will have 2 things to file and I have 1 in 2 weeks time and another one in 1 month time. I need to worry about fees collection too....
With all these, I shall not forget all my friends too... I don't want to neglect anyone...although I do know, it has happened.

New Laptop Computer

Yeah!!! In order to get the laptop by today, I called the person who contacted me yesterday and she said I can collect my laptop anytime today if I need it urgently. Hence, I went and collected my laptop. Am using it now ... It's nice... small, light and it's just the size I want (since I am small in size myself, I do need something 'suits' me).
Trust me, it's really nice... DELL Vostro 1200.

Caught!

Ya... I set a trap when I got home after work and ... when I went back to my apartment after prayer meeting, a rat was trapped ... !!! I HOPE that's the ONLY one in the apartment... the size of it's exactly the one I saw...
Thanks for those who came for 'rescue'. I seriously too frighten even to enter into my apartment. Anyway... let's end the rat's story for now...
On my way home, client called... asked if I can go to Labuan today instead of tomorrow morning just to avoid flight cancel, etc. etc. And of course, I can understand that they want some discussion tonight probably. It's stressful for me whenever I need to appear in a criminal court as it's a criminal offences that involves more than money. Oh well, for tomorrow's matter, I can only raise whatever defences I have in mind and make sure that I get the matters delayed a little bit more for us to find another way out. It's going to be a learning ground for me, of upholding justice in another way. Oh well, I can expect I will have sleepless night tonight... hahaha...
Alright... Dell sent me an SMS yesterday, telling me that they are going to deliver my unit for me tomorrow before 5pm. I hope they do come although I won't be around in KK tomorrow. Hmm... for your information, if you don't know yet, my case for today has rescheduled to June. That's why I am here, blogging... before finalising everything else and go off.

Update

To update you all... together with a friend, we went back to my apartment at about 12:15pm and while my friend did the search, I was standing on the sofa at all time, we found NOTHING... we believe the rat has left my apartment due to no food, boring place, etc. etc...
Still, I am setting a trap tonight... just in case... I don't want any trespassing anymore.. no more.

Unwanted guest...

Yes... it was last night....after a whole day sitting there doing nothing... and finally a TV series shown, I sat there... enjoying my TV and suddenly, I saw my fridge's wire was moving. The first thought was, will there be a rat in the apartment. On second thought, I told myself, may be it's just lizard. 10 minutes later, I felt something was moving ... and when I turned my head, I saw the rat passing by my fridge fast, steady and silently. I was stunned and scared to dead by then... but the rational part of me came. "I need to get rid of it NOW. I cannot leave it there" pop out from my mind... I took a stick... and went over to the area where I saw it was (kitchen) and I started to search for it. With the doors closed and only the window open ( I guess it came in from the window anyway), after a few minutes of searching, I couldn't find it. It has vanished somehow... I closed all the doors and went to bed after the tv show.
When I got up this morning... I turned my head to where my fridge is and realise, it rat has somehow, left some track. I went to the back door and I can see, it wanted so much to left my apartment last night but the door was locked and so, it was trapped... in my apartment. It has seriously destroyed the back door... and I believe, it didn't succeed.
No choice, I called my dad this morning asking for advice and also hoping to get some 'comforts' from him and instead, he told me if I am scare and leave it there, when it has more mouse around, I will even be more trouble. GOODNESS... one is enough to drives me crazy... MORE? .... I started to look for the mouse trap and ... if I can't find it, I will buy one by noon time. A great women of God somehow... so willingly to try to find the rat for me this noon time... goodness... I shall update you later what happen after noon time...
I am disturbed. I have cases on hand... but it doesn't seems more urgent that getting rid of this unwanted guest.... and worse part of all is that, I can see who's the real true friend of mine...

Stress...

Somehow, stress just caught up with me and has filled about 80% of my brain for the past one week, to a point that I wanted to go to the Tanjung Aru beach on one evening and just scream... but to avoid being send to Bukit Padang, I didn't do it of course. But I was seriously stress, particularly on last Thursday and Friday. Glad that things gone a little better after I have done something on Saturday morning, but... to wait for Monday to come for me to continue with the remaining works, this weekend seems LLLLLLOOOOOOONNNNNGGGGGGG.............!!!!!!
Worse still, due to court cases and works, I have been left alone by friends... I understand they have to left me behind but those feelings that I need to deal with, seriously... it's harder than eating a rock. I just couldn't think of anything to do to ease the 'pain'. I am just feeling .... lonely and helpless and depress, etc. etc. ! I have tons of TVB series that I can watch. I finished one last night though... but it's just not helping. I went to sleep, somehow... it's harder than the previous days... I can feel that my heart beat is fast ... so fast that... it hurts....!!! So, I got up from my bed, called a friend... who's so willing to 'entertain' me for HOURS... and after that, I felt a bit better.. and I went to bed... I slept for the next 3 hours.. and got up at around 4am. ...
I am seriously feeling tired.... and I can feel my head is a bit heavy now... I did tried to lay my head down to sleep... for 30 minutes, I couldn't sleep and that's why I am here... blogging. hahaha... For the first time in my life, the clock seems running too slow... goodness... !!! Can I survive until tomorrow morning? Oh dear...

From heaven?

Oh dear... is this from heaven?

Confirmed!

I called my friend this morning as she said the report shall be out by today. The first thing she told me was "it's confirmed". Yes, my friend (the guy) is confirmed dignosed with lung cancer. The next thing she told me was that they are going to do another proper check up at another hospital. I think they should too. But she firmly confirmed me that they are going to get married no matter how and she requested my presence.
From that moment onwards, I do feel that I need to be with them on their wedding. I called another friend and I have to tell her that, whenever I thought of steamboat, it's them .... whenever I thought of nice food, it's them too... without complain, they always brought me around for fun, for food... etc.etc. I cannot count how many times, they have 'saved' me during my stay in KL and when I was standing there asking for help. They always there for me... and now... I just feel upset seeing them going through all these.
Well, ... I guess I have just decided to go for their wedding somehow... and wish to capture with my camera every wonderful moment of theirs and ours... although, my finances is tight lately... (yes, they are more important than money..., you point is well taken, my friend)
