Ahhamm......

This friend of mine... said I gained weight... in a rude way ai? .... well, I told her that I gained weight and she doesn't believe me until she saw the photo. Hmm... I have to tell her seriously that I can fit in to more than half of my clothes... and she still didn't believe me. Well, ... what can I say? For those of you are still out there thinking that you are having a good life, fighting to feed yourself and your family, think again... whether it is worthy to do what you are doing now. I give you one good example which I encountered about 2 weeks ago.

I have a case which is in relation with a piece of land held in Kuala Lumpur and hence the other party engaged a Kuala Lumpur lawyer to represent them. This lawyer is from a quite well known law firm in Kuala Lumpur and I have checked before I called her and knowing that she is a 10 years experienced lawyer, I tried to speak to her with respect at all time. I was quite happy on our first tele-conversation to be honest. But when she called the second time and I realise she didn't really know what she is suppose to do, i.e. didn't do land search, didn't do proper research and claiming that I am not an 'authorise person' under the Legal Professions Act 1976, I was quite angry. I cannot believe her interpretation on that particular section under the Legal Professions Act 1976 is WRONG. A 10 years' experience lawyer and she did that kind of mistake, I am honestly not impressed. So, if you think you can gain good or better expriences in a big city like Kuala Lumpur, please think twice. hahaha...

Well, a couple i.e. 2 friends from Mauritius came to Kota Kinabalu for business. I was glad to met up with them, had a few of updates and enjoying some meals with them. We shared a lot and wow.... they just confirmed that I have a second home, Mauritius.. is always my second home. Nice ai? Well, when I sent them to the airport 2 days ago, both of them actually told me they love Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. They are planning to get a condominium here at Kota Kinabalu. I guess, ... in a way... Sabah really is BETTER.

I am honestly and seriously telling you.. Sabah IS a nice place to lives at.
