Know when...

Everyone makes mistake.  Some, detrimental... some, minor.. some, you don't even realized it as it happen every single day.  Some people make mistake and they apologize for their mistakes made and make sure they won't do it again.  Some, they apologize and they make the same mistake again and again... and some, they make mistakes and never apologize   Amazingly, I met a few that's never know how to apologize.  To them, others always wrong and make mistake and they are always right.  Their 'assumption' is always correct.  These kind of people, they will be the one meeting the hardest 'slap of the face' compare to others.  I remember my mom told me how to apologize.  She said my brother is like her, always make mistake and acknowledged it, smile and apologize. I then always remember this ... and so i started to smile when i made mistake and "ops" i said...and then apologize.
Pity for those who never know they make mistake though for they will never know how to apologize.  Their pride overruled their mind and they always think they made the best choices, said the best thing, being a best human being, etc.  They forgot, they are human too and ... hence, they never know what 'humility' is.
And just because they don't believe they make mistakes, they keep making mistakes and one mistake, it rolls and rolls and rolls and it became bigger and bigger and bigger... and to a point, the person is being covered all by lies and mistakes and denials...
At the end, the person will leave this place learning NOTHING at all.
We all should learn when to say "i am sorry" over mistakes we make.  It's not an easy lesson, especially for those who always achieve good and well in their academic.  They thought, being excellent in academic, they have the 'basis' to earn the 'no mistake' title and therefore, they never say "I am sorry".  For those who always make mistakes in exams, we all knows what mistakes caused and how we try to avoid making mistake.  We become more careful in life.  We know big and many mistakes are detrimental and will cause us even our lives.
So, it is very important for one to know when is the time to apologize.  I am still learning.... are you?

Busy

I think I have an emotion to cope.  When things are too busy and stressful, my emotions will be so hard to control.  Impatient overruled everything else.  Staff got scolded and I get so impatient on myself.  People who MSN me gets annoyed by my non replied, etc.
Anyway, a friend commented that I used to be off from office at 4:30pm but now, even when she leaves her office at 5:30pm, I am still working in the office.  These few months I am worried so much about income and all, but somehow, God has all in control.  Court matters were rescheduled and moved forward, etc.  Even though that worries me because once all these matters are over, I will have less work and less income.  However, ... I am seriously enjoying these busy schedule.
I went home for a week plus last week as 2 cases were on trial.  Everyone thought my mom will have my company for the whole week, but non of them know how busy I was and I few hours I get to spent time with my parents.  Anyway.... I have been busy....  and I am missing Nathan a lot.... hehe...

Learning from senior counsels.

2 weeks ago, we received a notice of hearing from the High Court at Tawau. 2 of my trials fixed in December were rescheduled to this week. I have not filed anything for direction be given by Senior Assistant Registrar for my 3rd Party proceeding and I won't think I have the time for it now. I will be forced to withdraw my 3rd party claim against the parties.  It's a serious trial and allegation and it involves a lot of parties.  It's my first time that trial involves 16 witnesses with 3 document examination experts.  it's also first time, I am attending a trial last more than 3 days. The 2 cases scheduled for 4 days trials, but we couldn't finish it.  The court ended up to fix another day, 12 November to continue with the trial. 
This time, I am not having a lots of works because most of the time, the main counsels did even my part of the works as they do need that too. So, I am the junior this time learning from the seniors, which happen to be one, my own master in Sabah and another, the very famous counsel in Sabah.  I am very much impressed by their humility, to learn, to help me, to teach me when I needed. I seriously have learned a lot.  I don't have chances to learn from others by following senior or master to court, it is these kind of chances that I learn as much as I can.
I am happy despite the tiredness because from this, I have the chance to learn.
