Limited company? Trustee?

I wonder if anyone knows The Church of England is the biggest trust corporation in England, far bigger than the one who looks after all the heritage properties in England. Yes! You are hearing it right. A lawyer who has obtained distiction in the subject of Trust in her 3rd year degree is telling you this. I have heard many arguments on the money the members offer and give to the church. They have claimed that the monies are their money. I even heard that they claimed that they are the boss and all the priests' salaries are 'issued' by them. They claim they have the rights to know where every penny goes and for what purpose. Like what a limited company is, under the company act, every shareholders will be given a report every year to tell you where the monies goes. Whether it is making profit or not. Why are they investing in certain things, etc and what are they going to invest next year, etc. I have been working at the corporate law for some time and sorting out due deligent, etc. I know and aware of all the works and law when we are going to do all the things for limited company or even listed company. There's law governing this, under Company Act.
However, it is different when it comes to a trust corporation, which is not govern by Company Act, but Trustee Act or Trust Ordinance. Is there a requirement for the trustee to accountable to every single member on where the monies goes? I do however agree that accounts should be clear, accurate and transparents, but can one be sued for breach of trust for misused of money? What's the law governing this? Who can sue and on what basis? I must remind all that, Anglican is not a charitible organisation like any oyher independent churches. It is a trust corporation.
Whose money? Since young, i was taught to give tithe and offering to God, through church because all we received and have are from God, and church is the body of Christ. If you think that's your money, your tithes and offering are not acceptable by God. It's just a tradition you observe. It is obvious, you do not understand the meaning of tithes and offering. And it's between man and man, and not man and God. The relationship between you and God in your giving never exist. Yes, in a way, you actions has failed to please the Lord. Remember this, if you do not give, it is you who are lacking the blessing God says He is giving. How much have you invested in His kingdom? The Lord looks at our heart. Not how much you give.
Whose money and whether you should give to God? You decide. It all goes back to the teaching of God in the bible. It is up to you to whether follow the law governing company or you want to follow the bible and God's teaching! God is watching!

Defeated?

Wonder of all fights, who are being defeated?  When church has quarrels, who get defeated? When the leaders gets pulled down from their seats, who get defeated? When people got angry, who gets defeated? When dissatisfaction, anger, unhappiness ruled, who gets defeated? I have the opinion that, WE ARE!.  ALL OF US!  Let me announced once and for all if you haven't heard the shouting victory yes:  The winner of this game is Satan!!!!  Yes.  Are you hearing it?  Satan won!
While you are bringing up all law suits, stupid arguments, stupid allegations, voice our your dissatisfaction, angry with the people who brought the matters up, angry with those 'betrayers', ... the Satan is the one who were and still, jumping shouting with joy!  Jesus' face were slap again and again.... because of our stupid actions.  Nope. It's not just Bishop Albert Vun's fault. It's not just Joshua Kong's fault.  It's not just one person's fault.  It's all of us who keep bringing down the glory of God by our action.  YES.  I do believe we all have our reasons and good intention in the beginning.  But the methods used, were just turned wrong.  I remember I keep reminding myself that Satan is smart, so smart that even we all get defeated, we didn't realised it.  You might want to point your fingers on others saying they started it or whatever... but, it doesn't matter who started it, it matters now... of how it ends.  Everyone started their career wanted to earn good money and raise their family happily.  Everyone wants to get married and have a nice family.  No one ever expect their spouse will commit adulterous, no one expect themselves will at the end turn out to be greedy and commit criminal breach of trust because of greed.  Satan is THAT good if you haven't realised this yet.  Satan turn a good intention into bad ... so that Satan wins.  In this case, ... we all are loser... and the winner IS Satan.
Well, who let Satan wins? WE ALL ARE! We all get 'used' by Satan.
I asked a friend last year whether she realised, she was used by Satan to destroyed me.  Whether the church realised they are used by Satan to destroy me.  Nope.  They didn't realised.  They didn't even want to admit it.  They pushed the blame to me saying I am the one who has lost focus on God.  I must tell you the truth that, i didn't lost focus on God at all.  It's just because I am so close with God that I realised, we are destructive ourselves.  I keep praying for the right move.. asking God to spare me to be used by Satan one day to destroy His name.  God spare me indeed.  I was out of all these non-sense before it hits.  I left that church that's full of Satan and out of being part of it.  I am glad God listens to me and my prayer.  I must say, God loves me.
Are you defeated now and lost your passions for God because of this matter? If you are, you are defeated because you walk with man rather than God.  I am not.  Somehow, this matter didn't affect me much.  Instead, my passions for God continue to rise to another level. Where's my focus when everyone goes against me and said I am insane and I have spiritual problem, etc?  My focus was and still is, with God alone. That, keeps me moving and having more passion for God.
Is how much time you spend in church and how many position you hold in church are the ways to determine how close are you to God? Apparently, it's NOT.  People do not realised they got cheated by Satan in this even after they get cheated.  They thought they are serving God? But if serving God doesn't make you grow spiritually and all you did was to fight like a lawyer in court for your own 'benefits', then... unfortunately, you are NOT serving God per se.  You are serving yourself.  Building your own reputation.
Remember the leaders I met in Christ Church Likas... it's heartache and sadness whenever I thought of them. Their heart is as hard as a ROCK. Not a stone.  A ROCK.  Unwilling to change, unwilling to listens, full of selfish ambitious and full of pride.  They can't even understand the difference between one who graduated from a theological school with one who doesn't.  They always think they still know everything the BEST.  No heart of submission.  It's a terrible place than a pub.  Why people end up liking pub? Because it's an easier place to go.  You need to be very careful to speak, to act in church... but not the pub.
Well, at least, until today, people still say, Lin Pei San is insane or has mental problem.  Really? I do? If you still cannot see what I saw, you probably IS the one who has  mental problem. Not me.
Yes.  I think you are so much defeated than I am.

No one wins!

I think the decision made by the Archbishop/House of Bishops are quite fair.  But of course, besides me, no one else think it is fair.  hahaha.... people always think justice shall prevail and one party at least, shall feel happy about it.  Those of you who are litigant, you would probably agree with me that, every single time when the Court has given it's ruling/decision, none of the party is actually happy about it.  That's the fact.  Either you get sued or you are the one suing.  Either way, both parties are the losers.  The winner goes to the lawyers. hahahahaha... Yes.  There's not a single time, I see, even the winning party are happy about the decision a court ruled the case.  Or rather, if there's, it's only for a short period of time.  They will feel utterly sad when the lawyer start billing them for winning the case.  No one is a winner.  That's what I am trying to say.
If the matter of bishop has been submitted to the House of Bishops.  The decision was made and everyone should subject to the decision, including....the decision to close all the blogs.  It's not whether you like it or not. It's an issue of submission.  So what? If the referee on last night's match decided to send out a Liverpool player... you are not happy about it and you still have to follow the decision aren't you? Are you going to bring the referee to the Court of Law and sue him for sending the player out, which you think it's suppose to be given a yellow card instead of a red card?  Come on.. decision is out, it's time to learn how to submit yourself to the law/the decision.
Everyone is hurt. I cannot remember how many times I got hurt by bishop, my ministers, by people, but church members, by everyone... so what if you bring them to court?  What will you get at the end seriously? To be bishop? Do you seriously am thinking to be a bishop of diocese of sabah? If you are, then do you want another groups of people to do the same to you? Bring you to court whenever they feels like?
Let this be an end, I urge you all.  Where's the brotherly love that Jesus asked us to have?  So what if bishop made a mistake? Can you not love him anymore?  Is this the love Jesus ask you to demonstrates?  So what if these groups of people who are like cunning lions who brings everyone to the court? Can we love continue to love them?  So what if church is not loveable?  Church is not suppose to be lovable in the first place because it's a place only sinners will enter.  So, why can't we just stop and start loving each others again?
It's hard... but like I said, no one is winning.  Everyone is hurt.  We all are.  Therefore we need Jesus.
People, start focusing on Jesus, on God.  If you love your God, would you do anything to destroy His body? If you love your neighbours, would you use defamatory words on them? It's sad to realised, we have failed to acknowledged that we are not perfect.
We are not perfect.  That's why Jesus gave us commandment, to love our neighbours as ourselves.  It's one of the hardest lesson to learn.  It all starts with, our willingness to start working on it.
Yes.  No one wins! and no matter how far you bring this matter to, no one will wins still. So, don't waste time and energy (like i told some of my clients).
