Selfishness...

After not taking this airline for a long time (I seriously forgot about their existence for a long while, for reason, please refer to previous blogs), I decided to give it a try and see if they have improved. Well, I took the afternoon flight back to Tawau yesterday for a court case this morning at Tawau Sessions Court. Well, I went on board first because my ticket was booked with Xpress boarding pass. Happily, I sat down and started to fall asleep due to tiredness that was accumulated for days or rather ... weeks... About 10 minutes later, I heard a loud "bang" and I open my eye only then I realise this guy literally threw his bag on the seat next to me. He didn't ask politely and so, but she pointed at the seat next to me asking me to give way for him to enter into his 'claimed' seat. I unlock my safety belt and just when I was about to stand up, he climbed in. Hence, I gave way.... he sat down, moved a bit here and there, then he started his reading... by opening the newspaper from my side of the space all the way to the window's seat's space regardless we were there. I was too tired to bother and hence, I fell asleep even before the flight take off. Oh well, when I woke up, it was about time to reach. I still realise his hand was just in front of my face and he doesn't seems care. I gave him a look but he doesn't seems understand. Well, I guess he understands English because he's reading an English language newspaper, hence, I didn't bother much. After a few looks of mine, I guess he felt pressured and he therefore decided to sleep, just before the airstewards annoucing everyone to sit up right, etc... he didn't bother much until one came and asked him to sit up right. He didn't even bother to press the button hence the steward did it for him. Right after the steward left, he pressed the button again to his sleeping position. I gave him a look because I was amazed. After a while, I heard ringtone... it's his phone. His phone rang and he picked up and spoke on the phone. Hello... ??? I was not only shock and angry, but I was really furious. How can he do that? After the call, he even sending sms. I couldn't help it but to really gave him the SERIOUS LOOK. I almost wanted to ask him if his family is going to pay for one hundred over people's life if we die because of his phone. I don't think he bothers, hence, I didn't ask him. I looked a him, his phone and even his messages... and guess what? ... its something like... 'where are you now? may be we can hang out tonight'. SICK... can't this message be sent later? The flight is landing... can't wait for 15 minutes? HELLO? I pray to God that it will be a safe flight... But I was furious because we were on the 5th roll from the front and non of the air stewards realise what happen?????
Upon arriving, the air stewards annouced that we landed but however, we couldn't use handphone yet. IMMEDIATELY right after the steward finished, this fella took out his phone and start calling people. ????? Don't tell me he cannot understand english... please.... he is just acting so selfishly... and goodness... what sorts of people is that...
Hence, my conclusion is: cheap airfare invites cheap people... no. I don't mean the airline is bad... i just mean, these people has caused dangerous situation for others ... hence, I told my dad, i don't really like taking this airline but I really don't like the people who are taking it.
Today even worse, with Xpress, I thought we don't have to rush for our turns... nope, Malaysia boleh... it seems.. in every situation, they just LOVE to be the FIRST. Hence, even with Xpress boaring pass, people rushed to get on plane first. And I really wonder why... ????

Ruling...

Hmm.. I received a notice from the court yesterday at around 4:30pm asking me to go to the court together with the Plaintiff for the decision of one case. My opponent is a very nice man, he called to make sure I receive the notice. Well, was in court at around 9 thinking I was late, but only later I realise the notice says, 9:30am. hahaha.. anyway... I didn't win this case. I sort of knew it as at almost last minute, my client told me something which I have no more chance to reply on. Well, I told him then that his chance is slim then based on what the opponent put on and he's aware of it. Well, ... still, the pressure was there this morning. Hoping for a miracle to happen, but of course at the end, no miracle. hahaha... seriously, came back, rushed other things and talked to client about his case too and now, while I am sitting down thinking, I have no idea why am I feeling so 'stressless' over the lossing of this case. Hmm... may be all because he pay me less and therefore I don't feel 'guilty'? Well, well... I don't know. Compare to the last one I won... I felt in fact, upset over my poor submission... I am confused by my own feeling obviously.. hahahaha...
Oh well, I am almost done with other matters.... waiting for the courier man to come to pass me the documents for filing in Tawau. It has yet to come.... Oh yes, I am going to Tawau later in the afternoon for a case tomorrow morning... hehe.. home sweet home... !
